Title:   Red Figure Psykter or Pelike Fragments

Description:   Two single fragments, broken all around.
a) Fragment near rim (top of interior has traces of glaze). Woman facing right. Hair bound in fillet. Inside unglazed. Much of detail missing.
b) Fragment near top of vessel. Man facing left. He is bearded and wears a fillet on his hair. Inside unglazed.
Black glaze. Red clay.
Additional fragments:
a) Single fragment joins P 30057 a, giving right hand holding a phiale of figure B.
b) Single fragment joins P 30057 b, giving the upper shoulder and left hand holding a ribbon of figure B and part of figure C.
c) Five joining fragments from the neck give the central sections of figures A-C.
d) Single fragment from the lower neck preserves the feet of figure A.
e) Single fragment from the upper neck preserves the hair and shoulder of figure C, a woman in chiton and mantle who stands to the left, holding something in her right hand.
