Title:   Moldmade Bowl Fragments

Description:   Three non-joining fragments, one of them made up from four pieces, of a late Roman bowl moulded in imitation of metal work. Around the bottom, between horizontal bands, a row of small studs. Above, a procession of horsemen, galloping to left, brandishing spears and with cloaks flying out behind. Beneath the first horseman to the left, a crouching figure. Behind the last, a man standing over another crouching man.
Thin red to black wash inside and out.
Fragment c) does not seem to belong to this bowl but to another, smaller, one.
