Title:   Jar Fragment with Rouletting

Description:   Two joining fragments (rim, body). Broad, high-shouldered form, with flat shoulder (seating for a lid?) and a slight rim-bead around orifice (int. Est. Diam. 0.065). Several lines of fine notched rouletting on shoulder bulge; three grooves (the middle one broad) below belly. Stump of a missing foot.
Smooth orange-brown ware, with thin light red slip, polished and glossy on outer surface, thin and dull on interior.
