Title:   Ostrakon of Themistokles Phrearrios

Description:   Single fragment (of large base?) preserving part of resting surface. Base(?) unglazed on the interior and decorated on the exterior in reddish-orange glaze: horizontal band below knotted stems terminating in facing double buds, with a dotted circle on the right and larger red patches above and on the left. Outlines partly incised. On the interior are inscribed the name and demotic of Themistokles:
