Description:   Mended from many fragments preserving almost complete vessel, with single small lid fragment. Well preserved paint fired reddish brown.
"Flat pyxis" of MG I type, with "vigorously curved profile". Inset rim, with corresponding pairs of suspension holes. Top of rim painted solid. Interior and underside of foot reserved. Exterior decoration: broad band above base, above which body divided into two sets of horizontal bands (seven below, five on top), with double zigzag pattern between at shoulder level. Lid fragment decorated with reserved bands, with reserved underside.
Pinkish buff clay with large inclusions.
