Title:   Moldmade Bowl Fragment

Description:   Much of rim and side wall missing. In the medallion, a rosette with alternating petals and sepals. The side wall is occupied by four groups of concentric semicircles suspended from a raised line which constitutes the upper zone; between each group there is a jewelled line, forked at the top.
Fine buff clay, thin black glaze somewhat flaked.
Context:   Cistern.
