Description:   a) Nine joining sherds making up most of base with section of wall and rim, giving complete profile, and b) non-joining piece of upper wall and rim in four sherds.
Medallion: six-petaled rosette within two ridges with scraped groove between them. Calyx: row of small fern and row of larger fern. Wall: alternating tall pointed lotus petals and grape vines (originally eight of each). Rim: (top to bottom) alternating fleur de lis and palmette (?) springing from double spirals; two ridges; palmettes laid on their sides, two ridges. Outturned rim with scraped groove below.
Metallic black gloss.
