Title:   Basin Fragment with Relief Decoration: Stamped

Description:   From a large vessel; the rim flat on top, on the outside nearly vertical. A small palmette stamped on the top; on the outside, reeding, with raised bands across it.
Very coarse pinkish-buff clay, full of red bits; on the rim a slip, finer. Fabric very like that of the shallow clay "mortars".
Context:   Late Roman context.
