Title:   Rilled Rim Plate

Description:   Mended from twelve sherds. Large gap in floor and one at rim, some chips, otherwise virtually complete. Glaze worn in places.
Exterior wall with prominent trimming tool marks, one large groove where wall turn upwards. Flat floor and low horizontal rim with two grooves.
Broad, low ring foot, irregular in thickness.
Buff clay. Dull brown/black glaze on exterior and interior. Reserved: rim and resting surface.
Conservation Status:   Finished
