Title:   Black Glazed Cup-kantharos

Description:   Mended from 25 sherds. Complete but for few gaps in the body particularly in handle zone.
Moulded foot with scraped groove on exterior and on resting surface both filled with miltos. Underside concave. Molded rim. High swung handles with upwards curving nearly horizontal. Round in section.
Interior bottom stamped with six palmettes within six spiral rouletting bands.
Buff orangey clay. Good black glaze over all.
Conservation Status:   Finished
