Description: | Complete disk, cut from body of Late Protogeometric or Early Geometric Circles Skyphos. Wall of skyphos rising steeply. Exterior decorated with one partially preserved set of five mechanically-drawn circles, with solid Maltese Cross at center. Interior painted solid. Two drilled holes (Diam. 0.003), set 0.007m. apart. Clay body and surfaces mostly fired close to pink and reddish-yellow 7.5YR 7/4-7/6; in parts closer to light brown 7.5YR 6/4. | |
