Description: | Mended from three pieces; broken all around. Draped female figure (maenad) dancing to the right; before her, part of a bearded male figure (satyr). The dancer wears a thin chiton drawn rather tightly over her body; her hair is in a high knot. Her left arm is raised before her and her right arm extends behind. Accessory red and white are used in ornaments for the hair and neck. Attic clay; black glaze with reserved stripe inside. | |
