Description: | Probably from a deep plate with a horizontal rim, the outer edge polygonal; a bit of the edge, finished in a straight line, remains. The rim is divided into two parts by a raised ring and a row of small dots. Inside the ring, a tree on which perch two birds(?), and, right, part of a building. Outside the ring, part of a boukranion(?) filling apparently the triangular space between ring and edge. Fine pink clay; good, highly lustrous red glaze. | |
