Title:   Black Figure Amphora Fragment

Description:   From the side of a large closed vase, unglazed inside. On outside; two draped figures, facing left, one behind the other. The background figure is a man; that in the foregrand probably a man also, although most of his face is broken away. His cloak, which is fired red, is decorated with crosses in added white.
Attic clay.
Context:   Green 5th. c. and earlier fill under north building.
