Description:   Fragment of body, with stub of stem and handle preserved.
Vertical handle in two rounded halves. Vertical grooves on handle zone, below which a reserved groove.
Good black glaze.
ADDENDA For handles cf. P 7766, P 19349, P 16151. For similar grooved band and possible restoration of lip and rim cf. P 22932. Apparently this and P 22932 are related to (prototypes or imitations of) the Italian kantharoi of the "Group of Vatican G 116", Beazley (1947), EVP, pp. 231-233.
