Description:   Intact.
a) Pyxis: Pseudo-ring foot; convex body with lip flanged to receive lid. Lid and flange pierced for tying. Decoration: three bands, row of dots, three bands, row of dots, three bands.
b) Lid: Flat lid with truncated conical handle, slightly undercut below. Two narrow bands around edge, then a wide band, two narrow bands, a wide band around base of handle. Narrow bands on handle.
Buff slip. Thick rather dull black glaze.
ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ:   Γεωμετρική πυξίδα με κάλυμμα και υψηλή λαβή. Φέρει διακόσμηση από επάλληλες ταινίες και συνεχόμενες μελανές στιγμές.
