Description: | From a bell krater; traces of handle attachment at left; good glaze fired red to black inside. Female figure, wearing a Doric chiton, right. Her right arm is bent at the elbow, the hand raised, with the left hand somewhat below it. She seems to have been holding a necklace. Her curling hair falls loose over her shoulders. Relief contour for profile, for upper line of right hand, and for preserved portions of left hand. | |
