It was later decided that they do not belong together and fragment a) became P 6025 and fragment b) P 6025 bis. Offset wide rim turned up and grooved at outer edge. Yellow clay, firm red glaze. Pergamene Ware. ADDENDA Fragments a and b seem not to be from the same plate [HSR]. Confirmed by GRE, and numbers adjusted. Diam. of b) too large for rim a). Dated by Paul Lapp near the end of the 1st c. B.C. [Letter of 27 April 1964]. | |
