Description:   Low ring base; squat pear-shaped body; very small neck; trefoil lip.
Glazed all over outside save barred handle and triple stripe around point of greatest circumference.
Attic clay. Brownish-black glaze.
Similar pieces seem to be later than this example (AM 18 (1893), pl. VIII, 2, no. 10; CVA Pays Bas, 1, II F, pl. II, no. 3). Descendant of shape with panel with zigzags on neck.
