Description:   Rim fragment, with handle attachment, from a shallow cup with plain rim and horizontal handles. Outside, handle framed by groups of bands; below, dots (part of an animal?). Beside the handle, first a vertical band of diagonal strokes, then a band of zigzag; farther out, remains of panels. Vertical strokes on handles. Inside, vertical stroke series on edge of rim, bands below. Then part of a horse, right, with zigzag filling ornament.
Attic clay; black glaze much peeled.
Context:   Protoattic pit and well.
