Title:   Red Figure Skyphos

Description:   Fragment from a skyphos; a very small bit of the lip preserved, turned outwards slightly. Youth partly draped in himation, right, right arm outstretched. No contours.
Additional fragments added from sherds and the whole restored in plaster. About half the walls, most of the base and one handle restored. Heavy ring foot; unglazed beneath.
A) Two cloaked youths facing each other.
B) A cloaked youth facing a draped figure holding a staff.
Double ground line; elaborate handle palmettes; no relief contours.
Context:   Well.
