Description:   Mended from two fragments; about half preserved. Small circular strainer, perforated with many small holes.
Pinkish-buff clay. Glazed dull brownish-black on top; underside unglazed. Edges roughly finished. Handmade.
A fairly common type that fitted into a kylix (cf. Athens, Nat.Mus. no. 154).
Context:   Terracotta deposit.
