Description: | The upper part mended from many fragments; the lower part restored in plaster. Band handle, from shoulder to lip; wide mouth flaring slightly; rounded lip. Below lip, a pair of straight and a pair of wavy lines; below these, a simple maeander, dotted; around the body of the vase, starting from the base of the handle, two wavy lines; on the handle, above two thumbmarks, a dotted chevron with larger dots on either side and below, bordered by double lines at the edge of the handle. Brown micaceous clay. Household jug. | |
