Title:   Red Figure Krater Fragment
Description:   Rim and wall fragment; laurel wreath on rim, left.
The heads of four figures: at the left, a bearded male figure, his head wreathed, faces right toward a female figure who clasps her arms around his neck. She wears a broad headband, and faces three-quarters left. Behind her head, along the broken edge of the fragment, is an uncertain trace of some object, possibly drapery.
Towards these figures there advance (?) from right two others, a seconds wreathed and bearded male, and a female figure who wears a stephane topped by pointed leaves. In his raised right hand the male figure brandishes a bundle of short staffs.
Relief contour for brow-nose line. White berries on the wreaths. The hair black to brown. Note the absence of the second eye-brown line.
