Description: | Fish and tritons. Part of medallion and lower wall preserved. Medallion: Rosette of pointed leaves encircled by scraped groove and row of beading. Calyx: Single row of small, pointed leaves with large spreading leaves at intervals. Wall: Fish below; above tails? of tritons. Clay: Pinkish, buff. Glaze: Firm glaze, somewhat worn, fired brown on exterior, black on interior. A circle in red around center of interior. | |
