Description: | A flake from a colossal figure, preserving chiefly drapery but also a little hair (?) along one edge. Surface for the most part finished with a narrow gouge, in part smoothed. Tooling is identical with that of S 1305 (ΩΔ 403). Three holes near the middle represent an attempt to break up the block. Probably to be associated with the great toes, S 1120 (ΩΔ 229), and the draped fragment, S 1305 (ΩΔ 403). Pentelic marble. | |
