Four figures, from left to right: seated draped figure right, with scepter in left hand; standing draped woman facing, carrying torch and wearing himation and polos; man with short tunic facing, holding child in left arm; kneeling suppliant, left.
Hymettian marble.
Cf. Hesperia XVIII (1948), p. 177, S 1251 (ΝΝ 2950). Same subject, identified as Demeter, Kore and possibly Iakchos carrying infant Ploutos.
