Description: | Missing are the head, the right arm, the left arm below the elbow, and the legs below the knees. In the neck and the right shoulder are small dowel holes for the attachment of the head and arm. The figure stands with the weight on the left foot, and the right knee bent. She wears a thin sleeveless chiton, and has a himation drawn across her back from her left arm to her right hip, and wrapped round the lower part of her body. The back is less carefully finished than the front. Pentelic marble. | |
