Title:   Statuette of Dionysos

Description:   Standing youth with head and legs below knees missing.
Kantharos in right hand, uncertain object, perhaps an animal, in left hand. Himation worn scarf-wise across back and arms. The hair stylized in the archaic manner, with a curl hanging down on either side of the neck in front, and a mass of five curls hanging down the back. In the neck an iron dowel for the head. Bright red color preserved on the left curl in front, and on the himation.
Archaistic.
Island marble.

Context:   Trench B; in brick filling (Middle Stoa building fill), but at edge.
