Title:   Draped Standing Female Figure
Category:   Sculpture
Description:   Small statue, head, left hand, right hand and support at right missing; lower left corner chipped away. The head was made separately; the iron dowel for holding it in place is preserved.
The figure stands with the weight on her left leg, the right knee sharply bent and the upper part of the body twisted somewhat to her right. She wears a thin chiton, girt high, and a heavy cloak, which passes from her lower left arm across her back, below the right arm, and covers the lower part of the figure in front; it was held on her left hip by her left hand. Dowel hole in right shoulder for attachment of Eros (?). Cf. S 473 (Β 571).
Pentelic marble.
