Description:   Fragmentary amphora with most of one handle; handle broad, descends from upper attachment; preserved almost to lower attachment. Whole jar, "tip extends ca 0.055 below [...], but this merges; into tip with a taper; groove 0.083m. below rim"(VG).
Capacity (revised from wheat VG 1939) 39.700.
Rather coarse red clay with gray core; slightly micaceous.
Impression partly incomplete and much worn.
