Title:   Male Figurine Fragments

Description:   Fragment a) Head.
Nose broken; head otherwise complete.
The head, tipped slightly to its right, of an elderly man with heavy brows and a dignified, Jovian expression.
The wreath of large leaves which encircles the front part of the head, has been carefully added by hand, as has the full curling beard, made up of small twists of clay. Pierced vertically. The original bottom preserved (?)
White paint; with dark brownish red on beard and hair, and pink on wreath.
Light reddish brown clay.
Fragment b) Arm, from elbow to wrist.
White and reddish paint.
Fragment c) Fragment of rock with skin. Bit of base, rock and lion skin over it.
Traces of white paint.
ADDENDA, fragment a): Herakles head. Right eye indented as corners of mouth.
