In left hand he holds what seems to be a thyrsos (Dionysos); a draped female figure, body frontal, looking to her right and down at seated male. She wears a peplos, her weight on her right leg, left knee bent. Both arms broken off (Demeter); draped male figure facing left, behind a rock altar. His left leg is raised to help support the weight of an indistinct object (sacrificial victim?) which he holds with both arms. Somewhat smaller scale than other figures; draped female figure, facing left, assisting the former figure. Also smaller scale than surrounding figures; draped female, seated left, watching sacrifice (Nymph); standing draped female, facing left, her left arm rests on hip, her right is held forward, resting on an outcrop of rock (Nymph). ; Right edge of cave broken, though there is space for a third Nymph. Below Nymphs, Pan lying on his left side, supporting himself on a wineskin, furry goat legs, bearded, with smile still visible.; Across bottom the dedicatory inscription.
