Plain upper body and sunken discus, long triangular nozzle. Flat bottom, the center broken out, signed "alpha" in relief.

A single fragment preserves the foot, with most of the floor, and about one-third of the rim. Ring foot; plain rounded rim; rouletted ring and four stamped palmettes on floor.
