Outside the market square, near the southeast corner, on the south edge of the east-west road, where it passes to the south of the Mint. There is no doubt that the pottery from the well is "stratified" ... Early 1st to 6th c. and of 8th c. A.D.

[Agora Deposit] Q 19:1: Courtyard Well

East (service) courtyard. A break ca. 540 was followed by an accumulation of nearly a meter of snail shells, and on top a small amount of pottery running down to the end of the 6th century. Coins(?): cf ... POU mid 3rd to late 6th c.
