Warrior (fingers and thumb of left hand holding the grip of a round shield seen from the inside) to right. At the left, a bit of decorated drapery, probably covering his shoulder. In front of him, the upper part of the body and the ends of locks of hair of another, standing frontally, head turned to right. He wears a chiton. Rim of shield incised (compass-drawn). Preliminary sketch. Dilute glaze: decoration of first warrior's garment.

Not from the same loutrophoros as 90, for the potting lines on the inside of 109 are smooth and they are not on 90.
