I, warrior (back of head missing) to left, a round shield (no device) on his left arm (segment of shield lost), greaves, holding a low-crested Corinthian helmet by the nasal in his outstretched right hand. Around his head is a fillet. In frontof him:
retrograde. Reserved line for tondo border. Relief contour. Incised line for hair contour and for rim of shield (compass-drawn). Red (flaked): inscription.
