Description: | Fragment from left side of inscribed moulded block. Back, right and part of under surface broken. Top surface original, but not carefully finished. The inscription is carved on the front surface (inclined slightly inward) of a large drip moulding, the under part of which is preserved (about 0.09m. of front to back dimension). Left side of block, carefully smoothed; along top edge, fillet swing out a little. Top surface, right edge, part of a circular socket, center about 0.10 inches from front edge, diameter ca. 0.05m. Pentelic marble. | |
