The right side reworked in late time. A bit of what appears to be bottom surface probably also reworking. Above, part of a wreath in which there was probably never an inscription.
Seven lines of the inscription preserved, trace of an eighth.
Pentelic marble.
ADDENDA Joins IG II2, no. 1141.
Context:   Brought in by a truck driver who found it in a lot at the corner of Athinas Street and Vissis Street, northeast of the Agora, where public baths are being built; with I 4562 and I 4563.
