Description:		Inscribed fragment. The top is finished smooth and horizontal, but this surface is certainly not original. Carefully cut away below at a later time. "POLETAI" record; Laurion mines. Three lines of the inscription preserved. Hymettian marble.

Context:		Found in late Roman context, east of the Tholos.
