Description: | Most of the right side of the lamp missing. Wavy lines on the rim; discus plain, pear-shaped, with two holes, like subsidiary filling holes, not punched through; one at the start of the handle, the other at the side of the discus. Handle semi-pierced, double grooved above and below. On the reverse, double almond-shaped grooves, with small impressed circles, two at the base of the handle and four more inside the grooves. In the center an impression like a human foot. Unglazed. Pinkish-buff clay. Type XXVIII οf Corinth collection. | |
