Body, drawn more sharply toward the very small top.
Rim very narrow, surrounded by a high ridge and a groove.
Very narrow, deep nozzle; flat on top.
Horizontal band handle, broad; attachments near together, at back.
Small high base, rising in center.
The outside of the lamp covered by a fine slip; red to black glaze inside, and in three bands on top, round groove, on ridge, and round central opening.
Attic clay.
Type VIIb variation (partly glazed exterior) of Corinth collection, type 25A' of Agora collection.
Context:   Red earth filling.
