Description: | Handles and part of wall missing. Shape similar to P 12383 (Ζ 1503) but with a very thick clumsy foot and a perceptible flare of the lip. Space inside foot reserved, with traces of red wash and three concentric glazed circles. No stamping on floor. Dull streaky black glaze. ADDENDA P 12383: Rather thick flaring ring foot; the wall immediately above it concave; handle slightly expanding outwards. | |
