Description: | Part of the upper body and rim, with one grooved vertical handle, set on the wall and pinched up at the bend. Two small wall fragments do not join. Broad projecting rim, grooved on top and around vertical face. Ridge around wall at line of upper handle attachment; below, in low relief, a wreath of ivy, with clusters of berries. Brick red clay, vitreous glaze, bluish-green outside, brown inside, unfortunately whitened by acid. | |
