Title:   Plate with Relief Decoration and Rouletting

Description:   Two joining fragments give the profile complete to near center of floor; one small rim piece does not join. High ring foot; flat floor; vertical rim with small rounded lip. Relief decoration on the rim: on the larger fragment a double leaf rosette; on the small piece part of a palm branch garland. On the floor, a broad rouletted band, and concentric grooves.
Fine light red clay; good red glaze.
Western Sigillata.
Context:   Clearing west end of Middle Stoa, layer II.
