Decoration, from the lip down: On the lip, black tongues; then a band of lozenges, alternating black with white, and reserved; then an ivy band, white on black; then a band of feather pattern, alternating techniques. Below, on the spreading shoulder, a band of black verticals. Excellent black glaze. | |
