Description: | Parts of lip and wall missing. Restored in plaster. Medallion: gorgoneion encircled by beaded line and scraped groove. Calyx: single row of feathered leaves with flying Erotes between. On wall, alternating Tritonesses and Erotes riding dolphins with birds above and below. Upper zone egg pattern, beaded line, spirals and leaves. Scraped line with miltos below lip. From mold P 6908 (ΠΘ 649). Good black glaze. ADDENDA Medallion from same stamp as P 18641 and P 20273. | |
