Title:   Black Glaze Skyphos: Corinthian Type

Description:   Missing fragments from walls and chips from base. Of the handles only one root remains. Restored in plaster. Spreading foot with sharp outer edge; its resting surface and inner face of foot form one continuous convex curve. The underside of the floor is slightly recessed; at the center it bulges.
Glaze on lower two-thirds of exterior a dull brown, on upper one-third good black, the result of stacking. A sharp line of division between the two areas.
