Description:   Single fragment of floor and foot with trace of rim. Small Pergamene plate with flat floor and vertical rim offset by a slight keel. Low ring foot, bevelled on inner face. Shape as P 22071 (ΛΛ 1407).
Typical Pergament clay; the glaze is of exceptionally good quality, especially on the exterior. Trace of double-dipping streak.
Cf. P 4569 (larger) and a plate from Tripoli now in Leyden (Holwerda (1936), cat. no. 445).
ADDENDA P 22071: Flat-floored plate on ring foot; vertical rim offset by a keel.
