Title:   Black Glaze Skyphos

Description:   Mended from many pieces. Much of side and rim missing. One handle intact but does not join. The other has one stump preserved. The thin steep walls have a slight incurve at the lip. The ring foot spreads until it is almost flat. Sketchy rays above the foot. Inside of lip and space below handles unpainted. Bottom reserved, with three concentric circles in dilute wash enclosing a central dot. All reserved surfaces rubbed with pink. Two
bands on exterior below lip.
Good glaze.
